It explains risk management objectives and presents how measures can be defined for risks in order to mitigate them.
A template is introduced and explained. With this, risks can also be documented and processed in own projects.

Uwe Gühl
I enjoy working with different people and I am happy to steady interchange ideas. I work as a freelancer in the areas of IT project management of international on/off-shore projects, IT quality and software test management as well as moderation and international team development. I researched and worked in companies in the automotive, banking, retail, logistics and media industries as well as at universities in Germany and internationally in Switzerland, France, U.S.A., India and Thailand.
Daud Alam
Born in 1955 in Herat, Afghanistan, he began his career for a Siemens subsidiary. He changed his professional perspective every four years. The second stage of his career was at the software house Wesser-Informatik in Oberaichen. He then worked for the Project Management Academy in Stuttgart as a project manager. Most recently, he worked for almost 20 years at Daimler AG. Currently he is assigned as IT expert by Daimler AG and conducts seminars in Germany and abroad for AKKA Technologies SE and the Daimler Training Academy. The first edition of the book has been taught for five semesters at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences. He gives lectures for students of the Daimler AG at the DHBW and is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim.

The lecturers Daud Alam and Uwe Gühl did a great job. My respect for the great work. Risk management is explained in very simple words, although it is a rather complex topic. I give 5 stars, also for their great examples and the template.
