Stonehenge in Popular Culture

0

How has Stonehenge influenced British culture? In the field of architecture, outside of Bath, it's influence has been minimal - Gothic and Neo-Classical architecture have had a far greater impact.

In popular culture, however, Stonehenge has become interwoven with the Druids and even stories of King Arthur (largely Medieval in origin), and has come to symbolise a sense of an ancient British culture, predating the Roman invasion.
