Nicolas Roland

Nicolas Roland is a research fellow in education science from the Centre de Recherche en Sciences de l’Education at the Université libre de Bruxelles. He is an invited lecturer at the Haute Ecole de Bruxelles and the Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer, where his students are teachers from primary and secundary schools presently specializing in ICT. Nicolas Roland is the responsible of the ULB Podcast (& MOOC) team in charge of the pedagogical and technical support to ULB lecturers, the production and diffusion of ULB podcasts and MOOCs, and the continuous design-based research process on podcasts and MOOCs. His research activities concern the efficiency of multimedia pedagogical productions, the appropriation of ICTs by higher education lecturers and their integration into student personal learning environment at the university.
