digitale transformatie betekent voor mij dat bepaalde handelingen, taken en beslissingen door een digitaal systeem worden gedaan. In praktijk betekent dit dat bij het verkoopproces, de orderintake, prijsbepaling en afhandeling, door een (logiritmisch) systeem wordt uitgevoerd.
