Take your sketchbook and draw 3 situations of your colleagues and/or customers.

...or any other situation that you want to visualise or that might be useful in your context.
Make sure you save these little scenes for future visualisations. And don't forget to upload them to your journal!

Has anyone a better idea for closing a deal than two people shaking hands?
Just seeing this now. I have faced the same issue before. What is really helpful is to search for an icon on the Noun Project. Because then other people have already thought about what might be relevant tags for the symbols they uploaded to the platform:
