People often get frustrated by the technology itself, as we are all surrounded by it all the time. Is it user friendly enough for the employees wanting to use it for learning? or much technology is too much? #technologyfrustration
From my experience the stepstone to enter must be very low. It sometimes even frustrates to enter data in a System before you even get Access to it. We must make it very simple and easy. That encourages People to be nosy.
