This is my understanding of what climate change is in my own words, straight from my head, before I google it to see if I am right :)
I believe Climate Change is the change/affect on climate due to the changes us humans have made to the way we live in this world(earth), these changes are the extreme change in weather all over the world, causing Ice to melt, causing increase water levels etc etc the ripple effect continues. I have heard it described as the planet is heating up the core out causing the extreme weather conditions.
