Kolja Raube

Dr. Kolja Raube is a Senior Member and researcher manager at the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies. He focuses on EU External Action, especially the interface between security and development, security policy, coherence and inter-institutional relations. He has been publishing
in various international journals and edited volumes, including the Cambridge Review of International Affairs, the Journal of European Integration, European Foreign Affairs Review, the Hague Journal of Diplomacy and the International Spectator.
