1 - Which of the skills are know to you and which are unknown?
I am not best suited to formulating algorithms or writing clever pieces of code. My specialties lie in business change management and taking data from the internet of things to feed my analytics department which will in turn generate information used in the next phase of business change management. This iterative process will ensure rapid development at minimal cost, maximizing risk reduction.
2 - In your opinion, which of the skills listed in the report are important to your area within the comapny and your position?
Business change management followed by the appreciation of the quality and amount of data that the internet of things can provide.
3 - Which do you think will be important to you in the future?
Our ability as a company to compete in the digital future will largely depend on our ability to hire and retain digital talent. That is a difficult thing for our industry to do.
