Every country has the right to choose who will get its citizenship

Australia has right to chose who will enter the state as a citizen or with residence permit.
Australia has advantage to place imigrants on islands. That is big advantage.
It is not against the human rights if the imigrants get good circumstances.
Nauru could not be a bad place. When it was war in Yugoslavia I was dreaming to go and settle in Nauru.
