Privately, I experienced a lot of digital learning format such as MOOCs, OER, wikis, VBT, CBT, and develop visual design for e-content for my company's clients, LMS based el-learning and computer based learning. some challenges of it includes different types of learner, customize visual build upon client's brand, how to deliver knowledge, and different technological advancement at client's company's branches.
