Corporate Digital Learning

In my place, I use Moodle for the LMS. We hire a technician and then we use it to share the training content for all the staffs. Some staffs think that using this, is really helpful for their learning process because they can learn everywhere. They improve their skill set after all. Surely we have a problem too since we cannot create a certain time to connect them in a real time, which means they can do homework when they are working at the office. That is one of challenges we face that we're stiil dealing with right now. But considering the benefits, I recommend this LMS for you guys to try on.
