Too many theories

I really don't think we need all these theories. People migrate for one reason: to try to get a better life. "Better" here might mean healthier, or freer from persecution, or more likely to get a better job, etc, etc, or a combination of all or any of these. The various theories are just different ways of expressing this basic truth.
