Healthy lifestyle is a term that is used quite a lot, however, many people don't know where to find information and how to go a about doing it. The toolkit will build skills to grow food that identifies the nutrients that are needed on a daily basis.

The toolkit is part of a larger project that will teach agriculture skills, growing, harvesting, and preserving food to build resilient and sustainable homes and communities. It will also focus on how to use the waste for making paper, compost and dyes.

Outreach will include schools, youth groups and shows and events. The idea is to start a victory garden.
