Earlier I had listed challenges that sometimes the training content does not cover examples and scenarios that relate specifically to the job role or activity.
To address this it is important to spend time as an observer as much as possible in the natural setting of the learner's environment to understand their job role or activity.
If this is not feasible, then a focused group discussion with learners can help in identifying issues and problem areas that can be addressed in the learning and training interventions.
