Corporate Digital Learning

Successes: I really would like to share histories of success with online training, but in my case I do not have any. Perhaps this is due to my age, but I recognize that this is the future of learning, and I am willing to learn and be able to train my colleagues in this manner too.
Challenges: To be pro efficient in designing learning tools and management them.
Learnings: To be actually taking an online course about online training is to be thinking about my future.
Recommendations: I know that english is an international language, but sometimes it would be neccesary to be able to talk to a facilitator or tutor in your mother languague to be able to answer or walk with you in your learning journey.
