Write down the biggest challenge you have faced in the context of (corporate) digital learning and share it with the course in your journal (make sure your settings are not set to private). The biggest challenge is always MOTIVATION. What will be the main motivation for staff to complete the module? Is it incentives to learn? Peer pressure to learn? Or I definitely I need to learn in order for me to perform my job?
This is definitely one of our struggles too. How to motivate learners when learning is not mandatory. We worked enabling an environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing, but employees seem to be too busy to care. Engagement with digital learning comes from a much earlier stage of developing a learning culture, which also takes time and can be challenging by itself.
