What is climate change to you?

Climate change is a physical process of change of weather and long term climatic shifts that is altering every aspect of the planet from the microbiota, to species diversity, how diseases are transmitted, how we grow and access food, alters our access to clean fresh water and causes shifts in migration patterns. For me personally it is one of the most fascinating scientific topics I have encountered.
