Write down the biggest challenge you have faced in the context of (corporate) digital learning and share it with the course in your journal (make sure your settings are not set to private). Write it in the form of a short twitter post or text message and find a hashtag for it. Maybe you also have a picture or an image related to it? Learners' Patience in Finishing the eLearning Program

I use eLearning as part of Blended Learning. My own experience is that only about 20 to 30% of learners will have the patience to finish the eLearning portion of the course. This is due to poor bandwidth in my country, corporate firewalls, and perhaps lack of incentives to finish the course. When one of my clients required all learners to finish a course I authored or else they would pay for the cost of the course, it was the only time I got 100% compliance! I believe there are alternative ways however to improve course completion rates. :)
