Evaluating career coherence
This Peer Assignment, will help you evaluate the "coherence" of your career. By coherence we mean the harmony between your chosen occupation(s), personal attributes and preferences, and career aims.
This assignment is intended to be commented by your peers so that you will be able gain feedback on your entries. Please appreciate the effort of your peers by giving structured, useful feedback.
Please respond to the following tasks:
Task 1: In 1-2 sentences, please describe your career so far. What degree have you gained; and what professional experience do you have?

I am currently as a head of the department and I had also worked as a Principal and assistant professor of a Management college.
I always love to teach students ,I love finance subject to teach .I always love completing project work and assignments.
I am trying to fulfill family expectations,I also want to have job security and good salary.
I would like to go for a job as dean or director of a college.My strengths are my knowledge,my experience and my qualifications.
I want to grow as a good teacher ,administrator.I love to maintain my good job,as well as always looking for a stable career ahead.
