Learning and work are difficult to get together

The most important issue with digital corporate learning is time management to manage work of company along with learning.
Most of the time employee look forward to learn in office hours and move on to other big employer. Sometimes it demoralize small companies to take initiative for their staff learning because these companies cant afford less attention in work.
I like your submission Yash, but I think the idea of learning in office will always depend on demand on individual and company levels. It is only frustrating when one has got the opportunity to self direct his learning for the good of his work but then the employers do not recognize the change and impact created by the individual staff via performance.
