Corporate Digital Learning

My name is Tommy Fantini. I'm actually student in Italy at the University of Padua, taking a Bachelor in Political Science and International Relations.
My knowledge and experience about the digital world is not very broad now. I think, for what concerne my experience, that learning is the first step, to feel sure about the topic. After aquiring a good level of knowledge, from different perspectives, it is important to belive in what are we doing. Have a great idea without belive in the utility of that one, makes it an empty idea. And then, once reached a good level of knowledge and the feeling of beliving in the plan, it is the right moment to start creating, changing and look toward the success.
