Corporate Digital Learning

Successes:
I can learn any time I want to and at any place that fits to me. I find new interessting Topics when learning with other People and sharing our Points of view. Especially in learning new Songs on the guitar, I use the Internet successfully. Also in learning new laws or regulatorys in my work as "Personalrat" at my workplace, I use the Internet very often. On this Topic I also meet other People doing the same work and can discuss with them.

Challenges:
I want to raise up my possibilities to learn online, my possibilities to use all the new media. I want to expand my net of social Partners in the world. I want to make the world a better place through sharing my ideas and my Knowledge with other People

Learnings:
I use Videos on YouTube, to learn Facebook to discuss and share, Google to find interessting sites. I learn on Iversity, and other e-Learning-sites
