Corporate Digital Learning

After finishing my studys I´m working now in a company to develop research methods for digital learning in school and higher education. It makes a lot of fun, but I recognized that there is no more time for reading a good article or watch a film refering my interests.
My question, also in this MOOC is, how can I motivate myself to sit in the evening or at the weekends at my desk to learn? I really like to learn and I´m corious but after work it is extremely hard to concentrate on this stuff.
Do you have good ideas? How do you get motivated for individual online learning?
