Reflection time
Look at the videos you have created so far (the elevator pitch, or the tone & speed exercise). What are the gestures you repeat? What do they convey to the audience?
not my first language... it is hard

watching again the last video i recordered i can see how i 'm concentrated about speaking in correct english more then transmitting the message in the best way as possible. I take too many pauses and my tone is low. i don't smile at all and i look down.
when i present something in italian it is much different for me, because first of all i feel comfortable in that language.
for this reason i have spent some time abroad in a college lastly , so that together with my public speaking skills, my language skills could improve too.
