NEW Successes:
- Seeing that the problems I face aren't unique and are common across industries and geographies

NEW Challenges:
- Still the challenge around measuring impact (or RoE)
- Taking some of the concepts used in this MOOC (discussions, journals etc.) and thinking how they could work in my learning environment

NEW Learnings:
- I love the Gamestorming site
- I've never taken a MOOC before and it's given me a better idea of how it works and some of the advantages and disadvantages (I really like the UI and the spitting of content, hate the podcasts)
- Keep fighting the good fight with regards to return on education - it's
hard to do but something I need to get better
