Successes:
* I completed several MOOCs but also participated in some courses in Moodle.

Challenges:
* I had to be disciplined to finish the courses in time since there was no pressure by a teacher or by peers.

Learnings:
* I really had to schedule time on a regular basis to get through the courses.

Recommendations:
* Schedule your time ahead, so that completing a course/training is realistic.
