Do anyone find that the more fair wage we demand from employers, they tend to shift to migrant and contact workers? Infact business try to move away to countries that easily can dominate the workers with low wages?
They move the not the company but the resources because there are some thief inside the company so to prevent it from happening they shut it down and terminate those employees and instead re brand the company with new strategies but with more quality product that can compete with the global market
