I found out that most of the things I learnt from digital learning platforms, there is virtually no resources for me to actually practice or apply them. I believe learning is not enough but application which limits peoples ability in doing the things being taught and discouraging the learner. If learning and development department take it as a serious work in different corporate organizations to provide the facilities and condusive environment for learning, then it will become more effective.
