According to you, which health impact due to climate change should be prioritized on the United Nations agenda?

Based on what I am hearing in the news, it seems infectious diseases should be given priority because they spread quickly and in an uncontrolled way. In the case of Zika, the spread of the disease cause international concerns as well as domestic health challenges.
