According to you, which health impact due to climate change should be prioritized on the United Nations agenda?

The Zika virus and other infectous diseases should be a priority on the United Nation's agenda. I was surprised at how quickly the Zika virus has become a problem. A few months ago I never heard of Zika. Now, many people are infected by this virus in a number of countries. How did it become so prevalent so quickly, is it linked to climate change? Will climate change bring new infectious diseases? This I would think warrants further research.
