You shall work for food and shelter

In short, all migrants are to do their best to cover the expences for food and living. Of course, all individual peculiarities should be taken into account - age, gender, education, pfoffessional skills, etc.

From the side of the accepting state, there should be created free opportunities for migrants to learn local languages and, if needed, basic proffesional skills from the list of professions needed for this particular country. If a person pretends for a social help, s/he should be ready to perfrom even unskilled work. This is a fair price for the best of the whole society.

Accordingly, a groundless rejection to work from the side of a migrant should be treated as a legitimate cause for the rejection of the 'stay permit' and consequential deportation.
