With advancement in technology, staff in the telecoms space are expected be in most cases up to date with technological changes, so carrying out a survey to identify and filter digital immigrants/provide customized learning for these types of learners may impact on companies resources (time) or should we continue to assume that everyone has the potential to grow and have them converge in the same learning class.
