Successes
Having worked in different elearning projects it has always been a success to lead people to participate in elearning that are said to be not very interested and active in digital learning and media in general.

Challenges
A challenge that was also introduces in the course is how to customize elearning to suit many different kind of learners. In other words it is a question of modularisation and how this can help to offer flexible learning so everybody can make the most of it on a very individual basis.

Learnings
Offering good quality elearning takes as much as manpower as good quality offline learning.

Recommendations
Don't forget the human aspect in elearning: offer support, show who is the person "behind the scene", talk to learners as much personal as possible in the given course.
