Corporate Digital Learning

I already have some expieriences with E-Learning like this course. I participated in at least 3 courses on the iversity platform.

The challenges most of the time where language and time. With language I don´t mean, that I am not able to follow courses it is sometimes just difficult if the instructor is not a native speaker.

Intercultural learning does also play a big role in the company I am working for. We need to provide training all around the globe for people with different backround if it comes to culture and education. We also have to deal with limited ressourced settings as well a several different LMS.

We are using webinars as well as e-learning systems and of course class room trainings.
