Corporate Digital Learning
Currently, I deal a lot with digital elements to be used within on-site trainings. As most of my colleagues still use papers and written material within their trainings, I prefer using more modern and innovative media to make trainings a real experience. This is not only fun for the attendees but also for me. And as people have their results and information digitally, they probably save it for futures purposes, while papers might be thrown away immediately after the course. Of course, you have to keep in mind the actual goals of your course. Sometimes, I forget about it while preparing a course due to cool tools.
