Corporate Digital Learning

I was using digital learning inside a academic context. For example the introductory workshops for new students are build in a blended learning scenario. Because there is no obligation to take part in the course, it is challenging for the teacher to get the students use the digital offerings constantly. The teachers made use of the LMC "moodle" and presented their material only in form of text. The most important factor is how the digital approach is implemented in the greater didactical framework.
