What Learning experience do you want Martina to have?
I think Martina would greatly benefit from a face-to-face, one-on-one coaching session from a leadership coach. I would say 4-6 one-hour sessions over a course of three months. This will give her time to implement strategies discussed in the sessions and report back on results. Additionally, for further boost in knowledge and theory (as a blended approach with the coaching sessions, she will be assigned an interactive online course that will allow her to share thoughts and ideas and gain from others participating in the course.
