I think the heat-related health impact should be addressed and prioritized by a UN Agenda. Since working people are, infants and children, as well as the elderly are most vulnerable to extreme heat, this should be a primary health focus.
For instance, in terms of workers, a specific international policy should provide protection in times of extreme heat. The science in human threshold is very clear as stated in this course.
