Climate Change and Health

I have several ideas about climate change. The earliest memory about it was during my elementary years, when we are being educated about greenhouse effect, the ozone layer, and the importance of limiting burning trash or emitting gases. I didn't feel much of its impact until I have reached college (I took up Biology, and proceeded to Medicine). I have seen through illustrations in book, social media, the harmful effects of pollution. I personally have seen how the capital city of the Philippines, Manila, have evolved. It has become more polluted, much populated. In all the times that I have visited, there's always a cloud of smog hanging over the city. It is frustrating to see this kind of self-destruction happening, not just in my country, but the whole world.
