Write down the biggest challenge you have faced in the context of (corporate) digital learning and share it with the course in your journal (make sure your settings are not set to private). convincing others to use online forums and / or blogs provided in the organisation's LMS instead of scheduling meetings / tutorials (especially when it is difficult to agree on suitable times to meet)
Well, a big part of that is simply usability I would say. If you look at tools like Slack or Yammer there clearly is a way to get people to discuss asynchronously online. But most LMS are simply too clunky!
yes, agree for the most part ... I think Slack makes things a little more interesting. However there is something about meetings in Malaysia (bigger ones have tea and local cookies served) that appeals to some people including those who like to posture and act on a perceived stage for a limited time and do not like real-time 'critique or questions.
