As Martina has to work on her communication and leadership skills, a computer game with a virtual team would be very well suited.
She will play the role of the boss and employess will come up with problems approaching her or she will witness conflicts. She will then have in her role a save environment to test how to respond to the challenges and see whether her strategy pays off or where she could improve her skills.
