Decent Work in Global Supply Chains

It is compelling that in today's era where the power and influence of transnational corporations are vast and in greater heights, where production control are in the hands of the corporate elites it is imperative that trade unions has to build on their source of power, its unity and collectives. According to Claudia Meyer of the DGB international solidarity is a core value and need to rethink and innovate trade union strategies to counter the balance of power of TNCs and to defend workers' rights.
