Assignment #3: Digital Prototype

Assignment
In this week’s assignment you need to take your prototype to the next level: from a relatively low fidelity paper prototype to a high fidelity digital prototype. Share your digital prototype with us. Provide a link to it, a description, and maybe a video of the prototype in use. Good luck!

Tool
What kind of tool you want to use, we leave up to you. Some tools have quite a learning curve, others you can master within an hour. The digital prototype you will make, will have to work on a mobile device though, or on a tablet, depending on your concept.

Content
Do not use fake lorem ipsum text, but use as much real content as possible. This also means using pictures and graphics instead of placeholders, keeping design guidelines of the platform you are creating for in mind.

Motion and transitions
Your prototype should support the appropriate gestures, transitions and animations. These design elements should be meaningful to the user, not just randomly used. It is your job to figure out which gesture, transition and animation supports the user in giving context to the information given to them.

User
Keep the user in context in mind while designing towards a prototype with a high fidelity. Where is the user when using your application? At what time of the day? Is it raining? Are there a lot of people around? Is the user hanggliding? Does any of the device’s sensors play a role in the experience?

UPLOAD:
Upload a link to your online digital prototype (i.e. at InVision), a document containing all the screens (in case your prototype is inaccessible to peers) and a short description of your prototype.
