Climate Change and Health

For me the priority for the UN would be the eradication of mosquito and other insect carried diseases. As the climate changes more and more regions, previously free of malaria and dengue, will become pray to these purveyors of death and misery.
Ensuring the stability of edible materials for humans is all very well and good but if we are not well enough to tend to them and to harvest them, what is the point.
Human health and the health of the animals we depend upon is very closely linked to malaria and dengue which in turn is spreading as global warming increases.
So my priority would be the eradication of these diseases and once concurred they can re task their resources to other areas.
