Corporate Digital learning will be a new field in corporate learning. But from my experience with corporate training the challenge would be to have the trainees prepared for this type of program. A lot of the trainees would prefer to have a trainer with them. They need to discuss with him the issue and to reach the targets. The course outcome and measuring the performance of the trainees also will be difficult. The confidence of the trainees also would be under question. The usage of different time might affect the training salutations as well.
Overall it is a new method and corporate new techniques in this field. The challenge also will be in the measuring the performance after finishing the program.
