Corporate Digital Learning

Just completed the unit on Benefits of Digital learning and really enjoying the sessions so far. I like the fact that the additional materials sign post other pieces of research that offer supporting perspectives though don't belong to iversity. I answered the question and noted that the answer prior to mine had a great idea in where they used digital learning to encourage peer to peer feedback and found this to be constructive. This is certainly something that I want to remember hence this journal entry as I think it will support in the manager's network I'm going to create and also encourage, support and underpin the learning piece I'm putting together. Maybe as an additional piece I'll add constructive feedback as an exercise to the digital content so people who experience the content are encouraged to apply the model in giving me feedback on the content??? Love it!
