I am public worker in structural funds. I prepare many projects for self governments, NGOs and so on.
I want to know new approach or accesses to create projects, budgets, schedule.
Next my idea is own business – cultivation and processing of medicinal herbs.
Hi! I recommend you another course that actually finishes this week, but you can still see all the material. It is called Discover yourself: build a career and make an impact. There is a module about structuring a project based on the current needs that you want to fulfill. I have been working on developing projects this year and that MOOC was really interesting. I hope it helps!
