What is your favorite brand?

WHY is it your favorite brand? What is their WHY? Does your why and theirs match? What are the emotional, functional, social or self-expressive benefits they deliver to you?

And how is it reflected in their marketing mix, their 4P´s?

Subaru

As a brand, Subaru knows exactly who its customer is and what they like to do. It caters to the adventurous and outdoorsy car drivers that appreciate a car that is unpretentious, effective, powerful, that takes them safely everywhere they want to go.

The essence of their advertising is this: "Love. It's what makes a Subaru a Subaru." It signals a shift from a largely rational message scheme touting all-wheel-drive, safety technology and "Boxer" engines to one that talks about those things in an emotional way.
