Write down the biggest challenge you have faced in the context of (corporate) digital learning and share it with the course in your journal (make sure your settings are not set to private). Only the fact that someone per se belongs to the generation of digital native doesn't guarantee that he or she is able to face this new way of learning. Everyone how's really interested is able to adapt and benefit of it.
Thanks for stating that! It is so true.
Sometimes "older" persons are so easy at adapting. That's great.
And I do think, that we cannot expect younger persons to be really "natural" at the digital world. They have to learn how to use it, too. Especially the "good" way of using it. They maybe "natives", but that does not mean, that they know how to really use it.
